It seemed to stop printing when I cancelling my automatic refill service.  Also recently tried to fix by installing all related HP software.  Thanks for any help you can provide.  This has been my best printer ever until now.

Follow the steps below to isolate and resolve the issue-

 

Use HP Print and Scan Doctor

Download HP Print and Scan Doctor and run the program. It will automatically diagnose and fix any printer connectivity issues.

Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

 

If you still have issues, I'd like to know the following-

 

Are you able to make photocopies on the printer?

Have you canceled the Instant Ink service?

 

Refer to the document Cancel Your HP Instant Ink Service for additional help.

Thanks for getting back to me.  I cannot make copies and did cancel instant ink.  I do not print a lot so I did not think I needed the service any longer.  If I restart instant ink with this work again.  As I said before, I really love this printer.
