My printer will not print blue ink. The blue ink was registering as low, so I changed the cartridge, but it still will not print blue. I have used a previous cartridge, and there is no sign of blue. I have completed all the Virtual Agent suggestions

@domingo1822, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding No Blue Ink Issue on HP OfficeJet Pro 8035e All-in-One Printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
If your HP OfficeJet Pro 8035e All-in-One Printer is not printing blue ink, even after changing the cartridge, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Check the Cartridge Installation:
- Remove the blue ink cartridge and reinsert it, ensuring it is correctly installed.
- Make sure you heard a click sound indicating the cartridge is properly seated.
Clean the Printhead:
- From the printer’s control panel, navigate to the Maintenance menu.
- Select the option to clean the printhead. This process may take a few minutes.
- After cleaning, print a test page to see if the blue ink is appearing.
Align the Printhead:
- Go to the printer’s control panel and find the Printhead Alignment option under the Maintenance or Setup menu.
- Follow the instructions to align the printhead.
Check for Firmware Updates:
- Ensure your printer firmware is up to date. Download and install any updates from the HP Support website.
Perform a Hard Reset:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
Verify the Cartridge:
- Use genuine HP cartridges. Sometimes third-party or refilled cartridges might not work properly.
- Check the expiration date on the cartridge's packaging, as expired cartridges might not work efficiently.
Hope this helps!
