Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer

I do not use my printer often, and when I do, the colors were getting worse. Now no colors are printing, only black. I have run the cleaning program 3 times today, and no changes. How can I get the colors to print again? Even changing the cartridges didn't help.
