Error message reads "The printhead appears to me missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed."  But it worked fine yesterday.  I have re-installed all cartridges and re-booted printer, but get same error message.

I understand that you are getting a 0xc19a0013 error.

 

I'm afraid this is a possible hardware failure with the printer. If you have performed all the troubleshooting steps mentioned in this document and the issue still persists, please contact our HP Support team for Service Options:

 

1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
