HP Recommended

I have a LaserJet Pro 200 Color M251nw printer and just replaced a Cyan 131A cartridge.  I use HP paper and when printing, each page now has a cyan smudge down the right side.  Steps I've taken so far:

  • removed and re-inserted the cartridge
  • ran diagnostics
  • ran cleaning page

Nothing has improved the print quality. I've never had this happen with any replacement cartridge.

Any ideas?
