Hello…. First and foremost I am trusted that I cannot even send an email to HP! This has been exhausting and now the only option I have is commenting in HP community…. Sigh. I purchased HP ink and it always lasts me a while and doesn’t dry out. However, this time it dries out in a few weeks and was a complete waste. I have been trying to deal with the warranty (the box says warranty is valid through FEB 2025) but it says my warrant expired in 2017?! What on the world… how do I get the cartridge replaced??
