NEW not Expired 902 cartridges not recognized by Office Jet Pro 6968

OfficeJet Pro 6869
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have new HP ink cartridges that the printer will not recognize.   I also note that they are impossible to purchase.  What is going on?

Hi,

This is due to an identified manufacturing issue for certain supplies.

Could you please clarify? I'm quite unclear with your intention.. do you have the defective cartridge available?
