Dear team,

We are not able to take printout for the color as some color is not coming properly & sometime print will come half for B/W also & sometimes no print also we are giving printout yesterday & getting today, we tried to contact but not able to get any service

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

I see there is an issue with the printing, May I know does it happen while copying too?

 

Perform the following tasks in the order given. Use the printer after each task to see if the issue is resolved.

  1. Check ink levels and fill the tanks
  2. Check the paper, print settings, and quality of the file being printed
  3. Check for ink smears on the back of printouts
  4. Print a Print Quality Diagnostic page
  5. Clean the printhead (HP Smart app)
  6. Print an alignment page with the HP Smart App
  7. Replace the printhead
  8. Service the printer
