Need help - Very poor print quality for black ink with HP genuine cartridges

HP Recommended

Problem: Printing quality in black ink is very bad with Genuine HP cartridges in HP envy 7855. There are several horizontal streaks on the paper. Enabled with/without best quality option during printing and no luck. There are more horizontal streaks as the printing progress and by page 5 or 6 the lines almost disappear. The issue is same with Black ink or grayscale only

The issue is not found when I print with color option for black white document. I have replaced cartridges with genuine HP cartridges and the issue still persists.

The printer has the latest firmware.

Troubleshooting: Performed cleaning cartridges as per the instructions in forums as well as on printer and no luck.

Can somebody help how to resolve it? I have already replaced couple of HP black ink cartridges
