Need help with Officejet 252 Mobile All In One printer Ink compatibility

Hi,

I had purchased HP Officejet 252 mobile All In One printer from Poland and I'm currently living in Ireland. As I understand this printer is same as HP Officejet 250 Mobile All in One printer with just a difference in product number due to region. 

So, the problem is that Officejet 252 takes HP ink advantage 651 Ink cartridges which I am not able to find in UK/Ireland. I've been looking for those ink cartridges and can't seem to find them easily. Whereas the printer available in most of the Europian regions is Officejet 250 instead of 252 which takes HP 62 / 62 XL Ink cartridges which are easily available here. 

I wanted to confirm if I can use the HP Ink Advantage 62 / 62 XL instead of 651 ink cartridges as both the printers are identical in all respects, so I need to confirm if 62 ink is also just the international version of 651 cartridges?

You could check HP Store for availability or reach the HP Phone Support team

Thanks for your reply. 

I already know the Printer is compatible with  HP 651 Black and HP 651 Tri-color but the problem is it's not available in UK and Ireland. I have already checked online stores etc. 

The HP store link you have provided is for India and as I mentioned earlier I'm from IReland. Any how I have already checked the HP store in UK and Ireland and the 651 ink cartridges are not listed there.

If you can please confirm that HP 62 Black and HP 62 Tri Color will work with the Officejet 252 printer or not? as many Ink cartridge websites state that the HP 62 cartridge is compatible with the Officejet 252 printer because the Officejet 250 takes 62 ink cartridges which is the same printer with a different model number for international locations.

The HP 62 cartridges will not work on the printer.

Ok, thanks for letting me know. Can you please recommend where can I get these cartridges in Ireland/ Europe As HP doesn't have it on their website and no other seller has it like 123inks.  I tried ebay as well.

You can check other sellers  or reach HP Phone support and purchase the cartridges from them.

Follow the instructions below to reach them:

1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device. 

4) Select the country from the drop-down. 

5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 

6)Fill the web-form and proceed further.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

It's still very confusing though. HP's Own website recommends the 62 cartridge for Officejet 252:
