I work on a ship and I purchased a HP printer in Canada and we are now operating in Scotland and I had to buy ink over here but it won't work because the printer is locked for North America and I need to change the region lock to the UK. Can you help?

Yes, since the printer will be used in a different region from where it was originally bought and used, we need to perform some changes called regional reset for your printer, only after that you will be able to use the printer with the current region ink cartridges.

 

I will be glad to assist you with the regional reset on your printer.
