Hello,
I am needing to file a claim to receive a warranty replacement ink cartridge. I was having an issue where horizontal colored bands were printing across every page I printed. I discovered the magenta cartridge was defective and replaced it and the issue was solved. I have saved the faulty cartridge and need to know how to go about receiving a replacement as these cartridges are very pricy and this was a brand new set.
