Check some of the most frequent questions about Instant Ink: HP INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER.

Check out our Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues info about: Print quality and Cartridge Issues.

I canceled INSTANT INK. I Purchased my own HP CARTRIDGES. I have removed the power cord and unplugged from the outlet at the wall as well as printer. It’s been 20 minutes. Now what? I need help. This is ridiculous. HP needs to be sued! Thousands of people have this issue. My printer tells me it will not print until I connect with instant ink. Please help quickly.
Thank you

Welcome to the HP Community Forum.

If the account is fully cancelled (final billing done and all that),

If you have not already tried it,

Try / Consider

Switch OFF Web Services

   Turning Off Web Services

I am guessing that once you can print again, that -- if you later want / need Web Services for other reasons -- the service can be switched on.
