Need to regionalize HP Deskjet 3755 printer to use it with 803 cartridge in India

HP Recommended
Deskjet 3755
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

Got the HP Deskjet 3755 printer from USA for use in India. Original 65XL ink cartridges are not available in India and was suggested to use 803 Cartridge by HP support agent. On buying and plugging in 803 cartridge, it shows cartridge not compatible. On reading through some support posts, I believe the printer will have to be regionalized to get it to work with the new cartridge. Please assist on how this can be done.

Regards,

Kumar

Welcome to HP Support Community!

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
