Hi, I am trying to replace my Yellow cartridge, however the cartridge bay does not move to the "replace cartridge" position when I open the door. I had just replaced my black ink and shut the door before realizing the yellow was out also. I did try unplugging my printer for about 15 seconds and plugging it back in. How can I get it to move over so I can replace it? Is there another way to move it other than just opening the door? Thank you!

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Try the steps from here: https://support.hp.com/ie-en/product/hp-officejet-pro-8730-all-in-one-printer-series/7902049/documen...

Try a firmware update too: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16

Let me know if this helps.
