HP Neverstop Laser 1001nw

I have a genuine reload 143A and have followed instructions to reload the toner on our Neverstop printer. This is our first time loading more toner so there is plenty of life/loads left. once the plunger goes down it will not "complete" or release. i have attempted several times. the plunger goes 100% down. i have to press cancel for it to allow me to untwist the reload canister. printer still registers no reload done and says "

Toner reload not completed. Please finish reload.

What can i do? i have taken out the whole cartridge and all looks clean. We bought this printer because it would last a long time. it works great. please help! thanks

Pushing cancel does nothing for me, so I'm stuck with the toner reload cartridge in my printer and can't twist it to remove it.

I found out that turning off my printer (just hold down the power button) then turning it back on was enough to unlock the toner reload cartridge. And halleluja, the little orange toner light went out too. Just successfully printed a page. I'm so glad I don't have to call the support people tomorrow. I wasn't looking forward to an EST call when I'm in HST.
