I bought two Canon Original 62XL ink cartridges from Viking two months ago and tried to install them today (30.12.20). The Colour cartridge installed OK but the Black didn't and the printer continually asks me to remove it and reinstall it correctly. Since the Colour was OK am I right to assume that there is nothing I can do to the printer that would help and if so, what can I do to the cartridge that might help? Viking only replaces cartridges within 30 days.
