I have a new 2 pack Black& color Printer Cartridges(HP INC code: 93434 00802) which were installed. They both worked for a short period and then the COLOR cartridge failed to communicate with Printer. I checked out printer thoroughly and it was fine. When I put another color cartidge into Printer, it worked. The problem is with the new Cartidge not being effective - there's a defect with it and I would like to return it for a replacemnt (new) one. How do I do that

- Reinstall the Cartridge: Remove the problematic color cartridge and reinstall it. Make sure it clicks into place firmly.
- Reset the Printer: Sometimes a simple reset can resolve communication issues. Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for about a minute, then plug it back in and turn it on.
