Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Office Jet Pro 6830. New HP brand color 935 cartridges show up in the HP printer assistant, but will not print. I have cleaned all contacts. Restarted both PC and printer, to no avail.

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, then either the cartridges are faulty or the printer need to be checked for hardware issues.
