I bought an HP22 colour printer cartridge from Currys that is been in use less than 3 weeks and printed 10 pages max. I went through all the troubleshooting etc and virtual help. I want to submit a warranty claim for this faulty printer cartridge.
I am unable to align or clean the cartridges as HP Solution Centre no longer works as Flash has ended. My printer (F2180) does not have a screen or menu and HP Printer Assistant is not available for this model.
How do I submit a warranty claim?
I have the receipt but not the original packaging.
