Replace the Ink Cartridge:
- Even if the ink levels show as full, the cartridge itself might be faulty. Replace the black ink cartridge with a new one to determine if this resolves the problem.
Check the Maintenance Cartridge:
- Check if the maintenance cartridge is full. If it is, replace it, as a full maintenance cartridge can sometimes affect the functioning of the printheads.
Run Printer Diagnostics:
