Newly purchased ink cartridges are not not being accepted by my printer, error messages abound. I've done all the many trouble shooting steps recommended by others and virtual assistant and researched online and it seems other printer have this issue with the smart chip not being compatible with newer updated systems. How can I get replacement ink cartridges or a refund? This now seems like these printers are not usable at all if you can't buy ink for them so would appreciate help if there's a way to actually use this printer ever again. 😓
