Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a HP Officejet Pro 8620.  An error message stated that the cartridges are damaged.  I replaced the damage cartridges with new ones.  I get the same reading. First they read as full, then it states that the cartridges are damaged and empty. The online troubleshooting step is to clean the printer heads, but it wont do so with empty cartridges. How can I clean the printer heads without cartridges?

I see that you are facing an issue with your printer ink cartridges.

 

Kindly refer to the steps from this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.
