New Instant ink cartridge says im not enrolled, but I am!

Hi All, 

 

Ive just got a new HP Deskjet 2710. 

 

I then signed up for instant ink.

 

Ive just installed first new instant ink cartridge into the printer but its got error lights on saying I need to enroll the printer to allow it to print with the instant ink cartridge.

 

It is enrolled and confirmed on the HP instant ink account!

 

How to fix this please????  Iv been through the virtual help but thats a waste of time really.

Help????
