I no longer own the HP Envy 4500 on which I used the Instant Ink facility.
I have replaced this with an HP Envy 6000 series. With this comes a 3 months free Instant Ink trial.
Please could you stop charging me £3.99 per month until that period has expired but then revert to the original plan on the 4500 printer. Please note I have inserted the cartridges supplied with the 6000 series.
