Hi, the last black ink cartridge I’ve received from instant ink does not work properly - it misses out some edges of text and is patchy. I have run all the printer head cleaning routines several times but they have not fixed the problem.
I've seen this issue before in this forum ( https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Mobile-Printing-Cloud-Printing/Instant-Ink-defective-cartridge/m-p/687... ) , however the troubleshooting link seems to be dead, and since the problems started with the new cartridge, I think that is the cause of the issue.
Please can the HP support team send me out a new black instant ink cartridge? My account is linked to this username I believe.
