Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: iOS

Recently ended insta ink & ordered new genuine cartridges. ink levels show full yet only color cartridges print during test. Thought it was problem with black cartridge yet issue continues after replacement sent. Powered off as advised yet still no printing with new black cartridge. Same happens with copying.mall functioned as expected with insta ink cartridge
