I have replaced a cartridge on my printer D7160 and the printer tells me the cartridge is empty despite the ink levels on the printer showing it to be full. It's threatening to stop all printing.

While I didn't find anything on the computer to confirm or deny where the problem lay, after going through the printer file, clicking on 'update driver' (not sure if it did) I printed a test page and it worked. I was then able to print the document I'd been trying to print earlier without any problems. 10 out of 10 for your help. Really chuffed!
