Hello, in March of this year I bought the HP ENVY 6020e printer. I registered on InstantI nk and received a pack of free cartidges. I used these today. The printing result is very poor (incomplete printing, weil coloring). 
I cleaned the cartridges, I tried to use the old ones again, because I had to print out our plane tickets. None of the print was legible. Because of the back and forth I had to print unnecessary test pages. But I only have 10 free pages per month. I ask you to send me new free cartidges and credit for the printed pages (7 pages).
