I just installed 4 brand new ink cartridges in my OfficeJet Pro 9010 , and get this message on my printer display: "There is a problem with the supply system. Try replacing the affected cartridge with a different, non-empty cartridge. If message reappears again, record message and contact support" . This is the second set of 4 that I have installed, as I returned the first set after initially getting this message, and was given a new, replacement set. These are the correct and compatible cartridges, as I have used them since I purchased the printer.
