I'm trying to set up an HP OfficeJet Pro 9130e. I'm using the original setup cartridges that came with the printer. However, after inserting them, I receive an error message stating that new cartridges are required.

Despite this, both the HP Smart app and the online status show all cartridges as full and correctly recognized by color.

I repeat, these are the original setup cartridges.

What can I do?

We have send the printer back and got a new one. Problem solved. No help available.
