Hi, I have an issue with the quality of my prints. I tried deleting the printer and setting it up again but didn't work. Don't know what else I could try? I didn't install a completely new cartridge as it shows it's not empty yet.. I did pull it out, shaken it up a bit.. But still didn't work.

To assist better-

 

1) Does the copy print out the same way? 

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device? 

 

While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -

  1. Print a Print Quality Diagnostic report from HP Smart, and then evaluate the results.

  2. Make sure your device is on the same wireless network as your printer.

  3. Open HP Smart, and then select your printer, if it is not already selected.

  4. Under Tools, click Printer Reports.

  5. Next to Print Quality Report, click Print.

    A Print Quality Diagnostic report prints.

Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.

 Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
