Hi
I recently installed new replacement cartridges that I received through the HP Instant Ink service. However, the colour cartridge has not installed successfully despite numerous attempts, rebooting the printer and cleaning the cartridge and printer bits. I need to print in colour for my work! What can I do to fix this? Can HP send me another cartridge to try?
