New cyan cartridge installed today, not printing. Other 3 colors printing fine. I have done the print head cleaning process 3X, checked the vent, etc.. Printer display shows a full cartridge...but not printing.
Any suggestions?

Thanks, but when I do this I do not see a phone number option, just the Virtual Agent which, in my recent experience, has been useless. It keeps telling me my printer is out of warranty, but my complaint is about brand new ink cartridges, which have their own warranty. Can you provide a means to actually talk to a person?
