New ink cartridge only printed 8 pages

Hi, I bought new ink cartridges to print full colour pages - normal quality - borderless off - other glossy paper. Only got 8 pages and out of colour ink. Does any one have any ideas?  Thanks

You didn't specify whar paper size you printed on?

You can get around 8-10 full A4 pages with one cartridge.

It was A4. Wow I didn’t know that you could only get that few.  Nearly €4 a page!

If you want to print A4 photos the HP instant ink is for you because you are paying monthly by page.
