DeskJet 2822e, product no. 588R4B.
Brand new printer, jut installed today , 15 april 2024, with the two cartridges that came in the box with the printer.
Only printed about 20 pages of bw text with one coloured stamp on each page and i get error that the colour ink cartridge is empty, and I can not use the printer any more. Please help me resolve the issue or I will have to return the printer.

You must be referring to setup cartridges. Setup cartridges are only for setting up the printer.
After that, you need to use HP genuine ink cartridges for further usage after the setup is complete.
