I just purchased a combo pack of HP 62 ink cartridges. The black seems to work but the printer is saying the color cartridge is not installed properly. I have followed all the recommended troubleshooting (printer reset, cleaning, reinstall) and still does not work. Information on the Cartridge:

Please warranty cartridge.
