HP Recommended

Cyan cartridge low. Replaced with HP Cyan cart. After install, display said printer or cartridge  problem and said Cyan cart (new) was damaged or defective. Repeated with another NEW cart with same results. Repeatedly tried reboots including unplugging from wall. Not enough info on display to try further remedies. Can't reach a human at HP. Any suggestions?

I'd be happy to help you! 

 

I understand that you are having issues with the cartridge error.

 

If you have performed all the steps from this document and after installing new cartridges if you are still having issues, then the printer might have gone bad.
