- Complete issue that you are facing with the unit.
- Let me know if the printer is connected to Windows Computer or MAC Computer or Android Phone or iPhone.
- Let me know the version of the operating system installed on the computer connected to the printer.
- Connection method - USB, physical LAN, or wireless?
- Error messages (if any) on the unit.

Hi, I added the new 902XL in all 4 colors. Only red and black started printing. I ran a check and only black and red showed, so I did the cleaning (3 part clean) and still nothing, so I ran the test a few more times. Now, the red, blue and yellow are showing low, but the blue and yellow never came out.

This could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair/upgrade.
