HP ENVY 6075 All-In-One Printer

Printer stopped working and the info page says "cannon print with the installed HP instant ink cartridges.  Sign into your account at.... to update the payment information."

,Purchased HP Envy 6075 during pandemic while working from home.  Had the instant ink working and received ink and used up all the $$ on my account.   I do not wish to continue with the subscription so I canceled the instant ink program, cancelled the web services to remove device from the internet, installed NEW instant ink cartridges and the printer info pays still says "cannot print".     I continues to flash the "i" for info.  When I do try to print, the red "X" lights up.   This printer does not have a display screen.

I assumed by cancelling the service, removing from web services and installing new ink I would be able to print.  Please tell me this isn't a disposable printer because I no longer want the auto-sub ink program??  I have rebooted the printer multiple times and confirmed it is no longer connected to the the internet. It is still connected to my wi-fi though.

What am I missing?  Ideas/suggestions.  TIA

Hi @CK420,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

When you cancel your instant ink subscription:

You can continue printing with Instant Ink supplies until the end of your billing cycle.

At the end of the billing cycle, you must remove Instant Ink cartridges and purchase Original HP Ink or Toner directly from the retailer of your choice to continue printing. Instant Ink cartridges only work in enrolled printers.

Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
