HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-All-in-One Printer - N911g

Hello,

 

I moved from Europe to Australia 6 months ago and I move with my HP 8600 (N911g) printer with me. I had to change the cartridges so I went to my local shop and bought HP 950/951 pack. When I put them in the printer it said that those cartridges are not intended for that printer. I have search over the forum and it said I need to contact HP to get the way to reset the region of the printer which is a free procedure. I have a set of ink cartridges that I just bought and cannot be used with my printer now.

 

I have the new cartridges installed, I have the full software installed on Windows 10 (x64), I have my printer plugged in the USB port and I have access to the specific ink level secret popup that contains all serial numbers information. I am happy to share that to anyone who could help me reset the region of my printer.

 

Can anyone please help me?
