New printer cannot print

May I know if are you using genuine HP ink cartridges?
Could you please share a picture of the cartridges in the private message, Please make sure the cartrdiges are labeled as Set UP.

Please help us with the Printer serial number or the product number in a private message for further assistance. It will help us to share the relevant steps for your printer.
