Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I purchased a printer for my niece who does not have internet connectivity.  The printer comes with instant ink cartridges in the box, but everything I've read says she won't be able to use them.  Will the printer not work without internet connectivity with the included cartridges.  Please help.

HP Recommended

The cartridges received with the new printer are Instant ink ready, and can be used without an internet connection. Once the printer is enrolled in the instant ink plan Instant ink ready ink cartridges become Instant ink cartridges.
