Cartridge Problem error message not matter what I do . New 8030 printer, HP cartridges, up to date, cleaned ink area, restarted - all numerous times.

Check for Protective Strips: Ensure that you removed any protective strips or tapes from the cartridges. Sometimes, these can be easily overlooked and cause cartridge recognition issues.

Reset the Printer: Try resetting the printer to its factory settings. This can sometimes resolve software-related issues. You can usually find this option in the printer's settings menu.

Update Firmware: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. Sometimes, firmware updates include bug fixes that can resolve compatibility issues with cartridges.

Try Different Cartridges: If possible, try using a different set of HP cartridges, preferably from a different batch. This can help determine if the issue lies with the cartridges themselves or with the printer.
