Update Firmware: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. Sometimes, firmware updates include bug fixes that can resolve compatibility issues with cartridges.
Try Different Cartridges: If possible, try using a different set of HP cartridges, preferably from a different batch. This can help determine if the issue lies with the cartridges themselves or with the printer.
