New printheads don't work

HP Recommended
HP Officejet Pro L7580
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I also have a HP Officejet Pro L7580. I bought it in 2010 and alvays used genuine HP cartridges and printheads.

The Black/Yellow printhead is till the original (warranty ends 2013-02), but the Magenta/Cyan printhead was replaced only once (now the warranty ends 2016-12).

I noticed that the printed sheets are striped so I made a printhead cleaning process. As each ink cartridges are new, the only thing what might cause the problem are the printheads. So I bought two printheads and both was in original package but came with 2015-06 expiry date. Now the printer shows a message: "The following printhead(s) has a problem: K/Y, M/C"

I have replaced these printheads for the old ones and the printer works without problems (only prints striped sheets again).

I tried to update the firmware but couldn't find a newer one. I made a reset more times as the manual shows but wasn't any change. How can I solve the problem?
