My employer purchased HP cartridges (the 2-pack identifed as #64) from Amazon.com (the business site) for me to use in my Tango printer. These are authentic cartridges that say "eligible for instant ink." I cancelled enrollment of this printer in instant ink some time ago and have not been using it. Today I tried to re-enroll, and the re-enrollment accepted my payment method. However, I'm unable to re-add the Tango printer no matter what I do, and I continue to get an error message telling me it must be enrolled in Instant ink. Any suggestions? I believe I'm successfully enrolled. I'm also confused as to why I need to enroll in Instant Ink because these are fully paid for HP cartridges. Thanks for your help!
