Product: HP Envy 5540
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have changed to a Dell laptop using Microsoft windows 10 64 bit and cannot print colour or even select greyscale or colour. The test pages print fine from HP Doctor but in word etc I can only print in black. I think it is something in Microsoft.  I have reinstalled my printer twice and run the HP Doctor with no errors. 

 

Please can someone help. I was on the phone with HP for over two hours yesterday and all they did was give me a case number and tell me to call back.

 

I can't even find colour or black and white on my printer properties when trying to print the document.

 

I am sure it is a simple solution.
