Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

My printer will confirm that something is being printed and run the paper through, but there is no ink. Both of my cartridges are full, it was working fine but was put away about a year ago, tried to use it 6 months ago (n a year after) and it would shove out paper but not have any ink marks whatsoever. So I thought it might be the cartridge, took that out today, touched it to my hand, ink is still perfectly wet. I am very frustrated, it used to work fine.

I have similar concern with my HP envy 5530. My printer will confirm that something is being printed and run the paper through, but there is no ink. Both of my cartridges are full, it was working fine but after a while faded print. replaced the cartridge with no result.

So you were never able to resolve it? It was printing faded? Have you tried cleaning it through the menu?
