I have an HP 6970 printer that has been working very well. Unfortunately, a couple of weeks back the blue-ink stopped printing.
I have done the relevant quality alignments (a number of times) and I have cleaned the printer cartridge area. Having added new ink to the printer the blue ink still does not work.
Can anyone provide some guidance on what I can do to get this working?
