No color printing, loose piece beneath cartridge

Hello all,

My printer won't print in color anymore. It happens with both my Apple and Windows laptop. As it didn't give an error or anything, I tried inspecting the cartridge (official HP Instant Ink cartridge). I noticed a loose piece under the cartridge (see pictures). It fitted on top of another piece (see red arrow in picture) I carefully put it back in its place (using tweezers) but that didn't help; next I removed the cartridge, I saw the piece had come loose again. I hope fixing the losse piece will solve the printing problem, not sure about that. I hope I explained my problem in an understandable way. Can anyone please help? Many thanks in advance.
